Dr. Kim graduated in dental school year 1986 and finished the Ph.D. for Implant
Dentistry in 1995. He also finished Oral and Maxillofacial surgery resident training in
1990. He attended Postgraduate fellowship in Department of Oral Maxillofacial
Surgery at Louisiana State University in 1996.
Dr. Kim worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of O.M.F.S. and L.S.U.
Dental School and a Clinical faculty in the Charity Hospital and East Jefferson Memorial Hospital in New Orleans from 1997 to 1999.
He is a member of several renowned dental associations and academies including the
American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society,
American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Osseo Integration,
American Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation,
American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Kim is happily married to his wonderful wife, Grace, and is extremely proud father
of his two daughters, Dasom and Bomina. Dr. Kim and his family are very active in
Bethel Korean Church in Irvine as a cell Church Leader, Choir member and
Administrative Director of Bethel Choir Ministry.

Dr. Rosa Byon

Dr. Byon graduated with a B.A. in Biology in 1995 from the University of San Diego and studied Dentistry at the University of California (USC), Los Angeles School of Dentistry, and graduated in 2001. She was chosen as the 1997 Golden Hand Award, Occlusion 521A at
USC in 1997.
Maintaining her education and staying abreast of trends and techniques emerging in
cosmetic dentistry is a priority for Dr. Byon. As such, she attends continuing education
courses throughout the year.
Because she likes to be actively involved in all levels of dentistry, Dr. Byon enjoys
memberships in several local and national professional dental organizations. She is a
member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association.
Dr. John Kim

Dr. John Kim graduated with a B.A. in Biochemistry from Occidental College in 1991. He went on to attend UCLA School of Dentistry and received his D.D.S. Degree in 1997.
Afterward, he sought further education at Progressive Orthodontic Seminars in Southern California for 18 months and subsequently at Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University, where he received his Orthodontic Certification, Master of Science (MS) in the year 2007.

Dr. JoAnn Kim graduated with a B.S in Biology in 1990 from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (UCLA). She went on to attend Northwestern Dental School and received her D.D.S. Degree in 1995. Since then, Dr. Kim has practiced in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
